Badger Connect x
The Good Game.

Madison, WI · 2026

The platform that makes NIL easy, mitigates the risk, and helps you make more money, by offloading compliance to a third party built for it.

The Promise

We make Badger Connect easier to run, cheaper to operate, safer to scale, and more profitable, by becoming the rails underneath it.

You keep the brand, the relationships, and the upside. We absorb the operational lift, the compliance exposure, the payment plumbing, and the audit trail. That is the deal.

Five reasons
this works.

Badger Connect needs to move fast. Camps in five cities. Sponsors closing. Athletes paid. Compliance ironclad. Stacking that on top of existing staff is how things break. We solve it by being the layer that handles it, invisibly, on your brand.
01 · EASY

Turnkey, not "another tool to learn."

Camp registration, waivers, rosters, payouts, sponsor onboarding. All live the day we flip the switch. Your team manages relationships; we operate the back end.

Replaces or rides alongside Ryzer
02 · MITIGATE RISK

Compliance is offloaded, legally.

The Good Game stands as a third-party entity between Badger Connect and the athlete. Clear2Join™ handles passports, waivers, IRS, NIL Go, CSC routing, insurance, age verification, background checks.

3rd-party firewall
03 · MAKE MORE MONEY

Streamlined ops mean real margin.

Fewer FTEs per camp. Faster sponsor close. Faster payouts. Better take-rate visibility. More dollars deployed per quarter, with less drag and zero paperwork bottlenecks.

Operational savings
04 · CONTINUITY

Rinse and repeat, every season.

Once the rails are set, every subsequent camp, sponsor, and payout runs through the same templates. Year one is the build; year two onward is profit. The model compounds.

Repeatable structure
The Good Game Software · Pricing

One simple rate.
Per transaction.
That is it.

No platform fee. No seat licenses. No setup invoice. You do not pay until money moves, when an athlete is paid, a sponsor invoices, a donor gives, a camp registers. Our incentive is your throughput.
Software · Per-Transaction Pricing
A clean take-rate on every dollar that moves through the platform.
% per txn
Negotiated in MSA · transparent on every receipt

NIL & Sponsor Payments

Branded deal sheets, NIL Go routing, 1099 processing, multi-state tax handling. Take-rate applied to the gross amount the sponsor pays.

Example: Sponsor pays athlete $10,000, small per-transaction fee on the gross.

Camp & Event Registrations

Camp signups, lessons, clinics, ticketing. Take-rate applied to participant payments at checkout, registration fee or program fee.

Example: 500 campers at $250 each, per-transaction fee on each registration.

Donations & Scholarships

Donor giving widget, scholarship purchases, in-app pledges. Take-rate applied to donation flows that feed the kids-on-scholarship pipeline.

Example: Donor funds 10 scholarships at $500 each, take-rate applied at the time of the gift.
What this means in practice: The Good Game's revenue scales only when Badger Connect's revenue scales. Our success is mechanically tied to yours. There is no flat fee burning whether things move or not. The Fantasy Camp option below is the only place we use a different model (a bespoke event fee), because of the white-glove operational lift involved.
Player Valuation Engine

We are the Blue Book for players.

No more guessing. No more "what is this athlete actually worth?" The Good Game's algorithm gives Badger Connect a defensible, data-driven valuation for every athlete, so your deal sheets close faster, sponsors trust the number, and compliance reviews have a clean justification.

  • Performance metrics (stat lines, role, depth chart)
  • Engagement (followers, reach, watch-time, sentiment)
  • Local and national market size, sport, and demand
  • Historical NIL comps from across The Good Game ecosystem
  • Auto-justification ready for CSC and NIL Go review

The triple play

Easy. Safe. Profitable.
Pick all three.

Easy

Plug into one platform and run camps, sponsors, athletes, donors, and reporting from the same place. No new hires. No "another tool." Just throughput.

  • One login, four roles, every workflow
  • White-label experience under Badger Connect
  • Deal Builder plus auto deal-sheet generation
  • GG, our AI assistant, drafts and routes
🛡

Safe

The Good Game is the contractually distinct third party. Compliance, payment processing, tax docs, and audit history live with us, not with the university or the collective.

  • Clear2Join™ passport for every participant
  • NIL Go and CSC routing, sub-5-day reporting
  • 1099-NEC, trust accounts for minors
  • Insurance, waivers, background checks bundled
$

Profitable

Per-transaction take-rate means we make money only when you make money. Operational savings plus faster sponsor close plus repeatable templates yield more dollars deployed and less burned on admin.

  • Fewer FTEs per program
  • Sponsor invoicing and impact dashboards
  • Algorithmic valuation defends pricing
  • Donor scholarship widget, a new revenue line
The Compliance Firewall

Offload the liability. Keep the upside.

The Good Game sits between the athlete and the institution as an independent, patented, third-party entity. Money flows through us. Compliance sits with us. The university's exposure to NCAA, CSC, IRS, and state-law risk drops dramatically, because we are the regulated counterparty.

Kansas Athletics is already live on the platform.

You do not have to take our word for any of this. KU Athletics runs its Camps and Clinics on The Good Game today. Same rails. Same compliance posture. Same operating model. Different conference, no competitive overlap with Wisconsin. Call them. Visit the live URL.
